Volume Summary[]
With a convincing win over Hokushin High, Kuzuryū High advances to the second round of the Inter-High Kanagawa Representative Tournament. Their next opponent is Fujisawa High, who earlier on defeated Shinjo Towa Academy. Both teams evenly matched, and the game is in its balance stages. However, Fujisawa High, with its players of high individual ability, grasps the point of lead and the gap gradually widens. In addition to that, the absence of captain Momoharu and Kenji's poor health also contributes to Kuzuryū High's struggles. But then Chiaki's strategy begins to take hold!
